How the cycle works
The same three dates, every month
Orders are gathered into formulation cycles that ship on the 1st, 10th, 20th of each month. Order by the 1st to ship the 10th, by the 10th to ship the 20th, and by the 20th to ship the 1st. Your bag always shows your exact dates before you pay.
- Order after a cutoff and your jar simply joins the next cycle.
- Express shipping (+$10) is prepared ahead of the cycle and ships within 3 business days. Express is not offered on pre-orders.
- Ship dates are the day your order leaves us. Arrival depends on the carrier and your address.
- Cutoffs follow New York time.
- Everything in one bag is prepared together and ships in one parcel on the latest eligible cycle for the items in it.

Anything ordered before Sunday, October 11 is a pre-order and ships Tuesday, October 20. From then on, every order joins the next cycle.
