Urbane Naturals, LLC. Effective October 1, 2026.
What it is. The Reserve is a monthly membership for $15 per month. Members get $5 off every jar, first access to releases and vending, formulation subscriptions (optional), local pickup in Greenville, NC when it opens, workshop and event discounts, and closer contact with us.
Billing. Stripe charges your card $15 when you join and then every month on the same day until you cancel. Stripe will email you a receipt.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from the Vault, using Manage membership. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your benefits until then. We do not charge you again after that.
No refunds. The monthly fee is not refunded once a period starts. If you were charged by mistake or after cancelling, email us and we will give store credit for that charge, or refund it if the law requires.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, your membership becomes past due. We or Stripe will retry. If it still fails, the membership ends and benefits stop.
Changes. We may change member benefits or the price. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change, and you may cancel before it starts.
