Urbane Naturals, LLC. Effective October 1, 2026.
We make to order, in cycles. Every order is formulated by hand and ships on the next cycle date: the 1st, 10th and 20th of each month. Order by the 1st and it ships on the 10th. Order by the 10th and it ships on the 20th. Order by the 20th and it ships on the 1st. We use Eastern Time for these dates.
Pre-orders. Pre-orders are open through Saturday, October 10, 2026. Formulation begins Sunday, October 11, and every pre-order ships on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Shipping cost. Shipping is $5 on orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free. The amount is based on your order total after any Reserve or pre-order savings. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Express. Express adds $10 and is prepared ahead of the cycle, about 3 business days. Express is not offered during pre-orders unless we announce it.
Where we ship. We ship to United States addresses. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
Pickup. Local pickup in Greenville, North Carolina is coming soon for Reserve members.
Tracking. We email tracking once your order ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages. Email us at deories@urbanenaturals.com. Please check the address you entered first. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it. If we cannot replace it, we will give store credit. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, we can reship it for the shipping cost.
Heat and cold. Whipped butters can soften in heat. If your package sat in heat, move the jar somewhere cool. Contact us if the product looks or smells different from what you expect.
