Who we are. Urbane Naturals, LLC makes handmade skin care. Contact: deories@urbanenaturals.com.
Orders. An order is accepted when you receive payment confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
Pre-order savings. The $5 pre-order saving applies once per order while pre-orders are open, and combines with the Reserve member saving. It has no cash value.
Made by hand. Colour, scent and texture can vary slightly between batches. This is normal for handmade products and is not a defect.
Use of products. Products are cosmetics for external use. Read the ingredients and the Product Safety and Allergy Notice before use. They are not medicines and are not meant to treat any condition.
Our responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Our website. Pictures, films, text and designs belong to Urbane Naturals, LLC. Please do not copy them without permission.
Changes and law. We may update these terms, and the version on the site when you order applies to that order. North Carolina law governs these terms.
