Urbane Naturals, LLC. Effective October 1, 2026.
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order and to talk with you. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect. Your name, email, phone number and delivery address; your order and Build Your Own formulation details; your Reserve membership details; messages you send through the Concierge form; and the email address you give us for updates.
What we do not collect. We never see or store your card number. Stripe takes your payment details directly. The site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it. To process and ship orders, send order emails, run your Reserve membership, answer your messages, and send updates if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
Who helps us. Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and our database), and, once we switch it on, Resend (sending email). They process data only to provide those services. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
Cookies and browser storage. The site keeps your bag and your sign-in in your browser's storage so they are still there when you come back. We do not use them to track you across other sites. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages.
How long we keep it. We keep order records as long as the law and our tax and accounting needs require. You can ask us to delete other information.
Your choices. Email deories@urbanenaturals.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop updates. We will reply within 30 days.
Children. The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new date.
